By 2020, about 2.2 billion metric tonne of diamonds will be produced annually.

The diamond source is the source of the energy source. 

A diamond is a material made up of carbon atoms that are arranged in two layers: the innermost layer, known as carbonate, is a solid.

When diamonds are formed at high temperatures, this carbon dioxide can start to bubble up through the diamond surface. 

It can then eventually travel through the material, through the surface layer, and into the diamond itself. 

When this happens, it produces carbon dioxide. 

Is there an effective way to keep carbon dioxide out of a solid? 

In a sense, yes.

Carbon dioxide can be used as a solvent to make diamonds, but the carbon dioxide also is a powerful greenhouse gas. 

Diamonds have an average density of 7.8 grams per cubic centimeter, or 0.1 grams per liter. 

Because the carbon in a rock or diamond is so dense, the higher the temperature the greater the amount of carbon dioxide the diamond absorbs. 

In addition, the density of carbon also varies.

The lower the temperature, the more water there is to be contained in the rock. 

Do diamonds lose their color when heated? 

Most diamonds do not lose their colors.

However, there are some rare exceptions to this rule.

Diamine crystals, for example, are very fragile, and lose their brilliance when heated. 

Does a diamond lose its brilliance when it is being cut? 

Diamines are often used to make jewelry and are generally considered to be more durable than diamonds.

Diamonds are made by using heat to break apart a crystal, so they tend to lose their sharpness over time.
